Terms of Service — Billiards Online

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and AIVIET Solution ("AIVIET", "we", "us" or "our") about your use of Billiards Online, our online 8-ball pool game for iOS and Android, together with its servers, virtual items and related services (the "Game").

1. Who can play

You may use the Game if you can form a binding agreement with us under the law of your country. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Game only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Game, including any purchases. Please also respect the age rating shown on the Game's store page.

2. Your account

• When you first tap PLAY NOW, we create a guest account for you. The account is tied to your device: logging out and playing again on the same device returns you to the same account.
• If you uninstall the Game, clear its data or change devices, the Game can no longer find your account. Keep the Player ID shown in your profile; we will try to help you if you contact us, but we cannot guarantee that a lost guest account can be recovered.
• You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Do not sell, share or transfer your account, and do not use another player's account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent: your progress, virtual coins and items cannot be restored. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

3. Your licence to use the Game

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and use the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the Game, extract its assets or source code, or use it to build a competing product, except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Virtual coins and items

• The Game uses a virtual currency ("coins") and virtual items such as cues and cue upgrades. You can earn coins by playing, from missions, daily check-in and other rewards, or buy them with real money through in-app purchases.
• Coins and virtual items have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, prizes or anything of value, cannot be cashed out or redeemed, and cannot be sold, transferred or traded between accounts or outside the Game.
• You do not own coins or virtual items. When you obtain them, you receive a limited licence to use them in the Game while your account is active and these Terms remain in effect.
• We may manage, adjust or rebalance the virtual economy at any time — for example prices, entry fees, rewards and the attributes of items. We may correct coins or items that were credited by mistake, through a bug or through a breach of these Terms.
• Coins and items are lost when your account is deleted, terminated or can no longer be accessed.

5. In-app purchases

• Coin packs are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are charged to your store account by Apple or Google, in the currency and at the price shown by the store. Their terms of sale and payment also apply.
• Coin packs are consumable. Once the coins have been credited to your account, the purchase is complete and final, except where the law of your country or the store's refund policy gives you a right to a refund.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. To request a refund, use the store's own refund process. If a purchase is refunded, charged back or reversed, we may remove the corresponding coins, or items bought with them, from your account.
• If you paid but did not receive your coins, reopen the Game while signed in to the same account — the Game delivers purchases that are still pending. If the coins still do not arrive, contact us with your Player ID and the store receipt.
• If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you agree that the coins are delivered immediately after purchase and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started.

6. Matches, rooms and opponents

• The Game is played online and needs an internet connection. Matches follow the 8-ball rules described in the Game's help pages; our game server referees every match and its result is final.
• Some rooms charge an entry fee in coins. The winner receives the reward shown for that room. Entry fees and rewards are virtual coins only — no match involves real money or prizes of real-world value, and the Game is not gambling.
• When no other player is available, you may be matched with a computer-controlled opponent.
• If your connection drops during a match, the Game holds your seat for a limited time so that you can return. Leaving a match on purpose, surrendering or running out of time is treated as a loss, and any entry fee is not refunded.

7. Fair play and conduct

You agree not to:

• use cheats, bots, automation, modified clients, emulators or any third-party software that gives an unfair advantage or interferes with the Game;
• exploit bugs or errors — please report them to us instead;
• arrange the result of a match, deliberately lose to another account, or create or use several accounts to collect rewards or transfer coins;
• attack, overload, probe or disrupt our servers or network, or access the Game other than through the official app;
• buy, sell or trade accounts, coins or items for real money or anything of value;
• harass, threaten or impersonate other people, including our staff; or
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

8. Display names and avatars

Your display name may be shown to other players. Do not use a name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading, impersonates someone else or infringes anyone's rights. We may change or reset a display name that breaks these rules without notice. Avatars are chosen from the set provided in the Game.

9. Suspension and termination

If we reasonably believe that you have broken these Terms or the law, or that your account is being used in a way that harms the Game or other players, we may warn you, reset progress or remove coins or items obtained improperly, or suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice. Where we suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these Terms, coins and items on it are lost and no refund is due, except where the law requires otherwise. You may stop using the Game at any time and delete your account in the Game's settings.

10. Changes to the Game and availability

We continuously develop the Game and may add, change or remove features, content, rooms, items or rules. We try to keep the Game available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical problems or reasons outside our control, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may stop operating the Game; if we do, we will give reasonable notice in the Game or on our website where we can.

11. Intellectual property

The Game — including its software, graphics, characters, sounds, text and trademarks — belongs to AIVIET Solution or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence in section 3, these Terms give you no rights in it.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AIVIET Solution will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, virtual coins, items or progress, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

14. Apple App Store and Google Play

If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, you and we acknowledge that:

• these Terms are between you and AIVIET Solution only, not Apple, and AIVIET Solution — not Apple — is solely responsible for the Game and its content;
• your licence to use the Game is limited to Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions;
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the Game;
• if the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, of the Game; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Game;
• AIVIET Solution, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the Game or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the Game fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims;
• if a third party claims that the Game infringes its intellectual property rights, AIVIET Solution, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim;
• you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
• you must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the Game; and
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, Apple may enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

If you downloaded the Game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and purchases.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it informally. If it cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the law allows it.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Game or to the law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the Game before the change takes effect. If you continue to use the Game after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Game and delete your account.
